Mr. UCH Leang was born in 1976, in Kampot province, Cambodia. He attended primary school in 1983, then secondary school and high school. He graduated high school in 1994 and continued his study at Hanoi University of Technology in Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Vietnam where he obtained Bachelor of Computer Science in 2001. He graduated his Master Degree in Computer Science in 2003 at the Royal Academy of Cambodia.
After he graduated his Master of Computer Sciences in 2003, he worked at the Institute of Science and Technology of the Royal Academy of Cambodia as a administrative officer. In 2006 he moved to work for International Relations Institute of Cambodia “IRIC” a Cambodian academic institution and devoted to research, fact-finding from 1, May 2009 until now.
Beside studying and working in Cambodia, Mr. UCH Leang has travelled to some foreign countries for academic purposes such as the Japan, China, Vietnam and so on.
