Samdech Akka Moha Ponhea Chakrei Heng Samrin (R, Pic. 1), President of the National Assembly (NA) of Cambodia and his visiting Lao counterpart H.E. Ms. Pany Yathotou signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the two NAs this morning, on the sidelines the 27th Annual Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum, being hosted by Cambodia in Siem Reap cultural province.
