Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen has reaffirmed Cambodia’s precise stance over the economic cooperation, at the 2nd Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Summit in Singapore yesterday.
According to his official Facebook page, in his keynote address to the leaders of the world’s largest economic partners, Samdech Techo Hun Sen said that although Cambodia is a least developed country, it urges all negotiators to overcome all challenges and obstacles for broader economic cooperation.
Cambodia maintains its stance and unity with the RCEP leaders that RCEP must be a modern, comprehensive, high quality agreement which gives benefits to all members despites unequal distribution of benefits due to the difference in size and economic situation as well as competitiveness level of each member, he underlined.
Besides, the Cambodian Premier and other RCEP leaders exchanged their views on geopolitical, political and economic change, protectionism, trade war and so on.
