Kin Phea, the director-general of the International Relations Institute of Cambodia of the Royal Academy of Cambodia said Cambodia has shown its capability in hosting international events.
“Cambodia now has the experience and sufficient capacity, both human and institutional resources, finance, as well as ensuring the safety and security of the top leaders of the countries and stakeholders attending the events,” he said.
