Kin Phea, director of the International Relations Institute at the Royal Academy of Cambodia (RAC), said the participation of the three new observers will broaden the participation mechanism and reflect greater multilateral participation.
“Within this framework, AIPA will contribute more to regional and global issues because AIPA’s partners are the most influential countries in the world,” he said.
“The problems that are happening in the region and the world require the participation of all, especially powerful countries that strongly influence the world,” Phea added.
