Mr. CHHORT Bunthang, PhD, Director of Culture Education and Tourism Relations Department of International Relations Institute of Cambodia
Mr. CHHORT Bunthang was born in 1973 in Battambang province of Cambodia. He finished primary school in 1984, secondary school in 1987 and high school in 1990. He graduated Bachelor degree of Arts in Philosophy in 1995 at Royal University of Phnom Penh.
He attended the Faculty of Pedagogy in 1995-1996, and became as High School teacher. Then he worked as Philosophy lecture for Royal University of Phnom Penh. He graduated his Master Degree in Philosophy in 2002 at the Royal Academy of Cambodia.
After that he worked at the Institute of Culture and Fine arts of the Royal Academy of Cambodia, next the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Royal Academy of Cambodia. Since 2006 until now he work for International Relations Institute of Cambodia “IRIC”.
Apart from these, he has been assigned as the Head of Committee of Philosophical Technical term of National Council of Khmer Language and as member of National Council of Khmer Language.
Most of his experiences related to teaching and researching. Beside these, he has attended some national and international conferences as speaker, organizing team, master of ceremony (MC), and participant.
